Loll Designs | 2024–2025 ESG Snapshot
About Loll Designs
Based in Duluth, Minnesota, Loll Designs creates modern outdoor furniture made from recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Every chair, table, and bench is built to last decades in the elements while closing the loop on single-use plastics. Since 2005, Loll has recycled more than 135 million milk jugs into long-lasting furniture and home goods.
Environmental Performance
Circular Materials
Over 95% of materials are post-consumer recycled HDPE, primarily reclaimed milk jugs.
All offcuts and scraps are re-ground and reused internally or sent to local recyclers—keeping plastic in use and out of landfills.
Products are designed for disassembly and are fully recyclable at the end of life.
Packaging: Transitioned to 100% curbside-recyclable and compostable materials in 2024.
Zero-Waste Manufacturing
Duluth headquarters achieved TRUE Gold certification with 97.4% waste diversion in 2025.
Internal reuse programs keep waste generation below 5% of total inputs.
